Because the traditional headhunting model is failing to find the new voices and fresh ideas that organisations need in the 21st Century. 

So it’s like a jobs board?

No. Firstly all our members are approved, and secondly we work with organisations on their searches, to craft their role specifications and assess the applications.

Does it take ages to register?

Not at all. Take just a few minutes to tell us about your experience and professional interests and that’s it.

And how much is it?

Completely free. And it’s also completely confidential, so nobody will know that you’ve signed up.

How do I find the roles that I might be interested in applying for?

You don’t need to – they find you. Based on your profile we’ll email you relevant roles and from time to time our team of headhunters may reach out if they think we have a position that suits you.

That’s absolutely fine. There are still lots of reasons to be a member of our community. You’ll see which organisations are looking for new board leaders, and maybe even find the perfect role that you can squeeze into your portfolio.
