Fiona is an accomplished Non-Executive Director and Advisor across several organisations. Her current portfolio includes advising Peel Hunt, the UK mid-market investment bank; serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director of JHJW Consulting, a sports data analytics and AI company. She has sat on numerous advisory and start up boards over the years and is currently a judge for the UK's Private Business Awards. Fiona is a recognised expert in governance, regulation and talent management. Previously, she was a director at Hill Samuel Asset Management, where she led the Global Emerging Markets Equity Investment Team

Surekha is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders. At Nurole, she partners with FTSE 350 and enterprise companies to inspire emerging leaders, develop the aspirational, and place the ready.
That passion is grounded in over 20 years spent building commercial partnerships and leading new business at some of the world's biggest brands, including senior roles at Discovery and Snap Inc, where she built strategic relationships with global names such as Apple, Amazon and Google. Today, she brings that same rigour to Nurole's Corporate Board Development practice, building talent pipelines that strengthen long-term leadership, advising on succession strategy, and using the boardroom as a genuine leadership lever.

Lisa works with major corporates, delivering high-impact sessions and events to accelerate board-level readiness of their senior talent. She has recently been appointed as the Chair of Missing People. Formerly, she served as a trustee of The Feel Good Bakery CIC and, until recently, was Chair of the charity Regenerate. Lisa is also an active angel investor.

Jodi oversees the planning and logistics for all of our Corporate events, as well as working closely with our clients to help develop successful long-term relationships with our Board & Leadership Development Partners.

Malcolm’s background is in UK food retailing, where he worked for 10 years before leaving to take up a role as an international leadership consultant that has spanned twenty-five years. Working across multiple sectors and diverse organisations, Malcolm specialises in executive coaching, team and Board facilitation and the design and delivery of leadership programmes.
