Mark brings over a decade of search experience at firms such as GatenbySanderson and Odgers Berndtson where he focused on senior appointments across Healthcare, Not for Profit and Education. At Nurole, Mark works with private and public healthcare businesses to build more diverse Boards.

Carla leads on Nurole’s commercial searches, drawing on her prior experience at board-level recruitment firms (The Lygon Group and Odgers Berndtson). She has spent her career working on Chair, Non-Executive and Advisory board searches for public and private companies across a wide range of industries.

Joshua leads Nurole's work across Not-For-Profit and Government. He has overseen searches for a variety of high-profile clients, supporting some of the country's leading universities and largest charities in finding board members.
