Terms and Conditions

  1. Application of these Terms and Conditions
    1. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) contain the terms on which you may use our services which are accessible via app.nurole.com (the Platform).
    2. These Terms apply to individuals wishing to apply for roles on the Platform (Individuals). References to "you" "your" or other similar terms are construed accordingly.
    3. The terms "we", "us", or other similar terms when used in these Terms mean Nurole Ltd a company incorporated in England, registered company number 08917794 (Nurole) whose registered address is 8th Floor Metro Building, 1 Butterwick, London W6 8DL which includes where applicable our subsidiaries, divisions, branches, affiliates or companies under common ownership or control of Nurole.
  2. Our Services
    1. The Platform is a digital platform matching the right boards with the right people. Certain organisations seeking suitable Individuals for roles (Organisations) may post, and Individuals may apply for, roles using this Platform.
    2. You expressly agree that we are not party to any contract actually entered into by any Organisation or any Individual.
  3. Membership
    1. Membership of Nurole is open to any Individuals who are determined, at Nurole's discretion, to be board-ready. Individuals must be members to receive email notifications about roles and to access all role opportunities on the Platform.
    2. After you have received an invitation to register with the Platform, please complete your registration by providing us with the information requested.
  4. Your member profile
    1. The details you provide during registration, and any information you subsequently choose to add to your profile, can be accessed and updated by you when logged into your Nurole account either via the Settings menu (Account Information) or via the My Profile menu (Profile Information).
    2. Your Account Information is used to help manage your account and the services we provide to you, and is never shared with anyone outside Nurole.
    3. By default, your Profile Information is private and will not be shared with anyone outside Nurole except in connection with a role opportunity.
    4. You can choose to instead make some of your Profile Information accessible publicly so that you can use it as a board profile elsewhere. This is controlled by a simple toggle on your profile and you can change the setting at any time. If you have any questions about changing this setting, or about profile visibility more generally, please contact us at [email protected].
  5. Applying for roles as a member
    1. If you are a member and see a specific role that is of interest to you, you may apply for that role. You will need to complete an application form, select some of your Profile Information to include, and to upload a CV if you have not already. This information will then be submitted directly to the Organisation.
  6. Applying for roles as a guest
    1. From time to time, we may invite applications from non-members for a specific role. We will send you a unique link that will allow you to access the role application.
    2. You will need to provide an email address and telephone number, complete an application form and upload a CV. You will also be asked to agree to these Terms. Your information will then be submitted directly to the Organisation.
    3. Non-member applications will not be identified as such to the Organisation and will not be disadvantaged because the applicant is not a member.
    4. Being invited to apply for a role as a non-member does not imply membership will be extended.
  7. Removal of Content
    1. We reserve the right to reject, remove or edit any Individual's Account Information, Profile Information or application content (together Content) from the Platform, which in our reasonable discretion:
      • is contrary to local, national or international laws including but not limited to laws relating to employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data protection/privacy, data access and use and intellectual property;
      • is found to be a misrepresentation relating to the Individual's credentials;

  12. References

This is part of our due diligence process, and is a practice widely carried out by traditional executive search firms. Nurole will always be clear when consulting referees that the reference is a general check on the Individual, and will not reveal that the Individual is a member nor that they have applied for a role, if applicable. Individuals provide their consent to Nurole doing this upon registering as a member or upon submitting an application on the Platform.
  13. Organisation's right to use third party agents
