Why learning & support for board members?

Many board directors feel they lack the knowledge and connections to open up new opportunities and challenge their current boards to do better in the face of complex and idiosyncratic challenges.

It's difficult to find training as a non-executive that builds on and deepens the theoretical foundation provided in textbooks and courses.

Communities and groups are often the best answer for tackling complex problems, which are not readily reducible to principles. The executive world is well-served by discussion forums, communities and ongoing learning and development opportunities.

But there are few equivalents for board directors: many new non-executives describe the role as lonely.

We've introduced opportunities for board operators and candidates to connect, learn, and engage through our Board Community and Mastermind Groups. We have various pricing and time commitment options to cater to individual preferences and needs.

If you're not sure which is right for you, get in touch with us and we can advise further.
