Nurole application process

 1.  After we have closed the application window on the Nurole platform, our team of experts carefully  assess your application against the criteria outlined in the role specification.

2. We select up to 12 of the strongest candidates to present to the client (the longlist). Depending on the search, our team may be in touch to ask you to provide a reference.

3. Once we have completed our due diligence, we present the longlisted candidates  to our client (approximately two weeks after the role has closed on the Nurole platform.)

4. Following the client's feedback on the longlisted candidates,  we will be in touch to confirm whether or not you've been selected for an interview. If you have not been selected, we will always call or email to let you know.

5.  If you have been selected for the shortlist, we will be available for any questions as we support our client with interview scheduling.

1. Who are the Nurole experts?

In addition to our Product and Engineering team, we have a team of 20+ consultants from traditional search backgrounds at leading firms. At Nurole, they helped to place c.800 board members in 2022, giving them deep and current knowledge of the board hiring market.

2. Do you use an algorithm to assess applications?

No. Algorithms are only used to determine who to notify about a role, not for application assessments. Our experts carefully assess each individual application, using their expertise and market-knowledge to evaluate your candidacy against the criteria outlined in the role specification. Algorithms do not come into it.

3. Will I always hear back about an application?

Yes, absolutely. We will always be in touch to let you know the outcome of your application. If you haven’t heard from us, an email may have gone to your spam folder. 4. Do you just do hiring?
