Pricing

£600 / cycle

Each cycle consists of: a group kick-off session, three mastermind group sessions, and a bi-annual networking forum for participants to meet other members of the network outside of the six participants in their mastermind group.

A cycle spans approximately 10 hours of contact time across a six month period. Sessions are virtual by default but we are exploring in-person options if convenient for all members in the group.

Mastermind members also receive full access to the Nurole Board Community for learning, networking and coaching support during their cycle (£29/mo).

How does it work?

1. The peer-to-peer learning session

Groups meet every 2 months at a time convenient to you. You'll join 5+ board members of similar board experience in organisations like yours.

2. Your contribution

Participants share live challenges they're facing and each person has a chance for the group to focus on their biggest board challenge. When discussing, you contribute your own experiences and learn from other experiences in the group.

3. How the sessions will be run

Sessions are chaired with a set structure. The focus is on creating a confidential and comfortable environment to discuss sensitive issues.
