Founded in 1848, Lancing College provides a first-class living and learning environment which focuses on the individual talents of its pupils, inspiring them to learn, become independent and to excel at every stage in their life. Lancing selected Nurole as a partner to help find and appoint up to four new Governors across skills including legal, commercial and young people who had a passion for education and would help bring broader perspectives to the board. Following an extensive and rigorous search culminating in a visit to Lancing and interviews, they were delighted to offer Governor positions to five candidates instead of four due to the quality and diversity presented. The successful candidates were Yasmin Mangalji, Karine Ahton, Javier Calvar, Marie Williams and Gregory Barker
