Am I eligible to join?
Almost certainly! We are open to all with an interest in building a non-executive board career. As a diverse network, we run smaller groups to ensure that discussions and events reflect content of interest to you. Some of these smaller groups are invite-only for people with specific experience, but rest assured, there is a place for any serving or aspiring board member.
Who are your members?
We have thousands members on all types of boards, including many established portfolio NEDs spanning listed and large private sector boards, financial services sector, SME and scale-ups, public sector, education and universities and wider third sector.
Do you have the right peer group for me?

Are you connected with WB Directors and Women on Boards UK?
In 2025, Nurole joined forces with WB Directors and Women on Boards UK given our shared focus and purpose. Nurole's Enter the Boardroom Community is the new home for the Women on Boards community- all female members of Enter the Boardroom Community are invited to participate.

Do I have to be a member of Nurole to join the Enter the Boardroom Community?
No, you can join the Enter the Boardroom Community directly here. If you’re not already a member of Nurole, you can apply for free here. Once accepted, you’ll gain access to the board roles we work on.
What is the difference between Nurole and the Enter the Boardroom community?
Nurole is a non-executive search specialist, placing 1000+ Chairs, NEDs and Trustees on boards each year. The Enter the Boardroom Community supports our members to access roles across the whole recruitment market - through sharing 1000s of opportunities on our Vacancy Board and providing support with non-executive applications, whether or not they are supported by Nurole’s Search team.
