They wanted a leader offering a successful track record of leading customer insight-led digital transformation in businesses of comparable scale to lead the next phase of sustained organic and acquisitive growth within a global organisation.
In twenty days, Nurole surfaced Lucy Dimes, the former CEO of Fujitsu UK & Ireland who had led highly successful global digital transformation programs in BT and Alcatel Lucent.
