Christine Hodgson is Chair of Severn Trent Plc. Before taking up the role at Severn Trent in April 2020, Christine spent 22 years at Capgemini, where she was Chairman of the UK business, the Global Chief CSR Officer and a member of the Group Executive Committee. Christine is the Senior Independent Director of Standard Chartered PLC and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Tanuj Kapilashrami

Tanuj Kapilashrami has been the Chief Human Resources Officer at Standard Chartered Bank since November 2018. Tanuj is also a Non-Executive Director of the board for Sainsbury’s PLC and a member of their Nomination and Remuneration Committees. She is a board member of the UK Financial Services Skills Commission as well as a member of the Asia House Board of Trustees. Tanuj has also recently joined the board of Autumn, an integrated digital wealth, health and lifestyle solutions start-up being incubated by SC Ventures.

Tom Gosling

Tom Gosling is an Executive Fellow in the Department of Finance at London Business School and an Executive Fellow of the European Corporate Governance Institute. Tom has 20+ years of experience as a board adviser. He was a senior Partner at PwC where he established and led the firm’s executive pay practice, advising multinational companies on corporate governance and executive pay.

Rupert McNeil

Rupert is Chair of 3XO. He was previously the UK’s Government Chief People Officer (2016 to 2022), and prior to that Group HR Director of Lloyds Banking Group and held senior HR roles at Aviva and Barclays. Rupert is Chair of the People Committee of the Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South and a member of the Chartered Management Institute’s Board of Companions. He is a Companion of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and is a Fellow of CIMA and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Mike Aldred

Mike has 25 years of HR advisory experience. He held HR director roles in financial services from 2006 to 2021 including Standard Chartered and Barclays. Prior to that he spent nine years in professional services with PwC. Mike has a doctorate in Mathematics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. He is Chair of the School Teachers’ Review Body.
