Board apprentices sit on boards for a year to gain firsthand experience through observation of the workings and dynamics at board-level. When they leave, they're better equipped to join a board - growing and widening the pool of board-ready individuals in the next generation of leaders.

Target audience

The session is aimed at current board members considering appointing a board apprentice. It is not primarily targeted at aspiring board apprentices.

Format

The session will feature insights from Simon Crinage (Head of Investment Trusts, JP Morgan) and Shefaly Yogendra (NED, Harmony Energy Income Trust), moderated by Susie Cummings (Founder, Nurole).
