Her interests include preparing individuals for NED roles and helping them develop successful portfolio careers.

Jeremy Rickman’s international career as an Engineer, Chartered Accountant, CFO and Senior Partner at global Executive Search Firm Russell Reynolds has enabled him to develop a skill set which, coupled with his strong desire to help others, has enabled him to establish Rickman Consulting Limited as a unique consulting business servicing the CFO and Executive coaching and mentoring markets.

Carol Rosati OBE, a recognised advocate for improved diversity, was a headhunter for 25 years latterly a member of the board services practice at Harvey Nash and is the founder of Inspire, the global network which connected over 8,000 senior businesswomen. She also Chairs the remuneration and nominations committee and is on the main board of Southern Housing Group and is a Trustee for UN Women UK.

Managing Partner of the School for CEOs and former Scotland rugby Captain, David has 20 years of executive coaching experience working with leaders across multiple sectors and businesses including FTSE 100 companies, private equity and family-owned businesses. He co-founded School for CEOs to provide practitioner-led executive education for current and aspiring leaders. David Tankel spent almost 30 years as an executive remuneration consultant and advised the Remuneration Committees of more than 100 companies. He was Managing Partner/Senior Partner of New Bridge Street Consultants from 1997 to 2008, during which time New Bridge Street became the U.K’s pre-eminent executive remuneration consultancy advising over 40% of FTSE 350 companies. He obtained a Professional Certificate in Coaching in 2017 and achieved the Post Graduate Diploma level in 2018.

Georgina is an independent coach focused on mid and senior level executives who are in transition or want to make a change, and are open to working holistically to do so. She previously led executive search and coaching projects at Nurole and prior to that was Head of Business Services at Blackwood Group, having begun her career in private wealth management at Goldman Sachs.
