Join the Future Global Leaders Programme 2020

OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

This programme is designed for Future Global Leaders, one or two levels below main board, who are heading for the boardroom. Senior executives benefit immensely from the challenge of taking on a Non-Executive Director (NED) or Trustee role. Nurole is inviting 120 talented, ambitious individuals to prepare for such roles by joining our 2020 Cohort of Future Global Leaders. We hope that 50% of our participants will find a NED or Trustee role within 12 months of joining.

OVER 12 MONTHS THE PROGRAMME OFFERS:

  • Access to events tailored to the needs of first-time board members, including some sector-specific events (see sample list below)
  • Tips on how to successfully apply and interview for NED and Trustee roles
  • Membership of the Nurole Network, giving course members the chance to apply for board-level roles in the commercial, non-profit and government sectors that match their interests and expertise
  • A 1.5 hour session with a qualified executive coach and experienced board level headhunter, aimed at examining what sort of board role you really want, what value and expertise you offer and what you would find most fulfilling, followed by a CV review
