The Landmark Trust rescues historic places in danger of being lost and sensitively restores them. By making these places available for holidays, the Trust ensures that they can be enjoyed by all, both today and in the future. The Trust has over 200 buildings in Britain, as well as several in Europe, and its work is crucial in bringing these buildings back to life. It seeks a Chair with a love of historic buildings, excellent diplomatic and commercial skills and good philanthropic networks.
