Membership is growing rapidly. We now have 10,000+ members and have been voted one of the UK's hottest tech 'scale-ups'.
Our global reach is widening. We have members in almost 100 different countries. Successful placements have showcased the platforms extraordinary geographic reach across the Americas (countries like the US and Colombia), Asia (including China and Thailand) as well as Europe (including Russia, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Germany and the UK to name a few).
We continue to foster extraordinary diversity. 50% of commercial placements for organisations and executive search firms using the platform are female and 30% of board placements offer digital expertise. Some organisations are talking about improving diversity. The ones using Nurole are doing something about it.
We continue to build critical mass across core functional expertise in private equity and public markets. Over 60% of private equity CFO’s in Europe are registered on the platform and over 30% of FTSE 100 chairs are registered while the equivalent figures are growing rapidly in the US and Asia.
Recommendations continue to be at the heart of everything we do. 5,000+ made since we launched which have been responsible for 50% of all placements.
Charities continue to be major beneficiaries of the platform. Charities benefit both from the access to extraordinary board members for nothing more than an administration fee as well as the donations made by Nurole on behalf of every member who has successfully recommended anyone for a commercial role.
