The Sunday Times: Nurole means better hiring and greater diversity
Aimee Donnellan of The Sunday Times profiles the game-changing digital platform for board level hiring that also increases diversity.
Three years ago, Susie Cummings set up Nurole, an online “dating” website of sorts for non-executive directors. Its network now comprises nearly 15,000 successful people across 100 countries. While still an elitist organisation — you have to be invited to join — it is increasingly being used by companies to help find less-obvious candidates for positions on their boards.
